Eco-Solvent Printing/Vinyl Cutting
The current workhorses of our production equipment is a 20″ Roland eco-solvent printer/cutter. We can print and cut vinyl for decals, heat transfers, window clings and more. We can print-only on basic paper rolls, photo quality paper, vinyl and other substrates. Prints are rated for up to 5 years in exterior applications without additional lamination/coating (also available upon request). After three years, sample decals placed outside the Northern Mountain Design, LLC office look almost the same as the day they were printed despite constant exposure to sun, rain, snow, and everything else northern New England weather has thrown at them.

NMD LLC’s dye sublimation capabilities range up to 13″ x 19″ in size with heat pressing capabilities for any flat substrate, hats, and mugs/bottles.
CNC Routing
CNC routing is ideal for one-of-a-kind signs as well as reliably repeatable cutting and routing for production purposes. In-house CNC routing services supports up to 24″ by nearly any length cutting and engraving on wood, HDU, and other signage substrates.
Laser Engraving
We are excited to be adding a laser engraver to our production capabilities in 2017. After taking some time to learn the capabilities of the system, we’ll upgrade this page with more details. We have some very creative ideas in mind. Stay tuned!
